There's a CD called REQUIEM FOR A DYING PLANET that has the music from THE WILD BLUE YONDER and THE WHITE DIAMOND (both were composed by Ernst Reijseger):

Deep Discount CD has it for $13.97 (that price includes shipping within the US):

The packaging is pretty. I need to get a copy, myself.

There are a few songs from the movie that don't appear on the soundtrack...I would love for another edition of this to be released with the rest of the music from these movies...

does the cd contain the music he used for the underwater and space scenes?
with the singing and incredible cello..
the part in that documentary kills me> where the ernst is playing with a woman accompanies him and she is having problems finding which note to start on and things go out of tune then she finds the place and then she suddenly understands instinctually where the song is going and she smiles... then all the voices come in...
thats the track i want!!

WOW?

Seeing the title, I thought this was joke. I am 25 minutes in to this movie and I am finding it difficult to continue because the soundtrack is killing it for me...it is borderline suicidal/counter image.

I just can't think of a worse sound to ruin this movie... It actually may have had more pull with silence.

My dog does not want to be in the same room... and he never leaves my side.
