Things I didn't understand (Spoilers)

Hi, I don't get three things about the film:

1. Why was Martha so "out of it" in the final sequence, when she shot Lucas and saw Hope through the cellar door? She seemed to be totally spacy, not at all surprised to see her dead daughter, and detached from the reality of the situation. Is this because she was just waking up from her final mind-control session?

2. When did Hope paint those portraits of Krause? She only saw him in her one successful time travel, and it was only minutes before her death, so how could she have known what Krause looked like?

3. Why exactly did Hope kill herself? Was it guilt over shooting Martha and watching Lucas fade away? Was it a sense of hopelessness because she realized she was being using by Martha? I don't understand why she came back suicidal and wanting to hear the piano played by her evil mom.

Yeah, she should've shot her mother instead, like she did before (or later!).

How many of you believe in telekinesis? Raise my hands.

1. After all she had been through throughout the film she would be fairly out of it, especcially after shooting her son and seeing her dead daughter.

2. Well the logic of time travel is kinda flawed, basically because while you may only appear to be gone for 2 minutes you can actually be somewhere else for hours or even days. So it's pplausible (In the context of the film) that he one succesfull time travel was longer than we know and she got a good look at Krause and did the paintings while there, the time travel back brought the painings with her (though it's been a while since I've seen the film, I'll watch it again and try and work it out better

3. She killed herself because of the guilt and confusion. Again a lot happened to her as well and she would have been horrendously traumatised and her mind was probably gone.

I hope this helps, if not tell me and I'll try again (I have to watch the movie again, I'm doing this all from memory)
