I watched the trailer for this movie and it looks decent... but i've never seen the first one and really don't care to watch it

You don't need to see the first Undisputed at all. I've seen both, the two movies have very similar storyline, but they're not related at all. If anything, Undisputed 2 feels like a remake of the original Undisputed than a full on sequel. You'll understand what I mean when you see them both.
shareUndisputed I & II are two totally different movies. The only common link is the main character's and the title of the movie. They're just cashing in on the title of the original.
shareI agree with the person above who said its more like a remake. There is no mention at all about the original. I was actually very disappointed with that. Undisputed 2 was good, but the first one was a lot better. Wesley Snipes was the real star of the first movie.
If you can't spot the sucker in the first half hour at the table, then you ARE the sucker.
there differnt story lines but i recomend watching the first one to its a vary good movie

There's no need to watch the first movie. I don't think anything from that movie is even mentioned in this "sequel". However, since I'm kinda OCD about watching movies in order, I watched the first one. It was all right...worth watching. I'd probably never watch it again.
