My review of Hoodwinked (2005)

Hoodwinked is a great animated film, simply because it is a great comedy. I love the structure of the plot. I think it is very original for an animated film to be done like this. I really loved this film because of the great script. It is very layered and very funny, surprisingly. It has some jokes in it that are really fitting, and some great characters. It is also a great adventure for everyone to enjoy. I also am one of the few who actually loved the animation. I disagree that it is poorly done. It is like somewhere in the middle of 3D animation and stop-motion animation, and I really like it. I do not think a film should be judged solely on the animation, but on the film itself, the writing and plots. This is one of my favorite animated films of the decade, and I hope it one day receives the mention it deserves.

I'll also like Hoodwinked. It's not my favorite CGI flick of all time, but I think it's a engaging and entertaining picture.

Agreed--lots of funny lines--animation was perfectly fine. I also thought the songs were above average--the lyrics were fun and the tunes charming.
