Don't waste your time on this one!

A slow, boring, dull movie which has nothing to offer in the way of horror. I don't know what all the hype was about! Where they got the poster scene from, I wonder... There's only scene that's very remotely similar to that. Most of the time, I felt like I was watching a Discovery channel documentary or something.

'Unrest' was okay in that the theme was good and the gross factor was cool, but then during the second half I had the feeling that the director wanted to somehow finish the movie and get on with his life. There are so many plot holes and stupidities in that one.

'Gravedancers' was okay, which was an entertainer, at least.

I'm not gonna waste any more of my time on the other movies of Horrorfest. If you're a true horror fan, my advice is follow suit!

I agree, this movie was slow and dull. I don't see where other people are coming from by saying how great this one was.

NO!! this movie is awesome, one of the best horror flicks ive ever seen! it may be considered "slow" cuz they actually develop some of the story and characters, instead of them being completely flat and the entire story is "hey lets kill people!!" as so many other horror flicks are. it is very interesting and cool, i dont know how anyone cannot be engrossed by it. as far as the movie poster goes....um that happens all the time when movies are being advertised, the posters are not pulled directly, they're just soemthing to hook you in. where in "unrest" did a corpse actually climb out of the morgue? where in reincarnation were there bleeding eyes? thats not a real point to critique this movie on.

bottom line - dont see this cuz random people say you should or shouldnt. if it looks interesting than just try it! jeez its an hour and a half that you would've spent bored anyway

NO!! this movie is awesome, one of the best horror flicks ive ever seen! it may be considered "slow" cuz they actually develop some of the story and characters, instead of them being completely flat and the entire story is "hey lets kill people!!" as so many other horror flicks are.

That would have been all well and good, had the characters been interesting. Rather than flat, inconsequential dialouge dribbling out of s--t actors mouths.

(spoilers) Or you may try it. Either way, here is my take. The credits, cut away shots, premise, were better than the movie. The older gay brother as head of the party of five vampire style should have worked. I can't decide if the acting was weak or the acting was bad, or both. I hope this doesn't sound to harsh. It had to be budget thing. Anyway the scenery was good. The lighting sucked. The house they used just didn't work. The kid at the end looked more retarded than scary. The family looked like they were all adopted. The brother and sister that were getting it on should have been much hotter. I mean if your going to go incest might as well make it count with good looking people. They should have made this movie with an all black cast and brought some soul to the low budget arena. Sitting here racking my brains to come up with a few good things to say, but all I can say is that this could have been worse...no I guess it couldn't.

Hamiltons was way better than Gravedancers and Unrest. Gravedancers ending was just horrible and Unrest had the most laughable acting, dialogue and plot.

This movie was just disappointing...the director threw in the whole vampire storyline at the end after a considerably boring first 3/4 of the movie...saw this on demand and honestly, I agree, don't waste your time... how can a horror movie be so boring?

it's beyond boring. boring is a compliment for this trash.

all the fest movies were boring but this was probably the worst made of them all visually.

I made the mistake of watching it before looking it up on IMDb. I wish I'd seen this post 'cuz this movie sucked ass!!! You were so right about avoiding this one - worst vampire movie ever!!!
