We are the World

Ever since Michael Jackson, Quency Jones...et al sung the song "We are the World", the African poverty issue has always been raised and brought to global and public attention, we have aided what we can, but the problem remains after decades of effort. So I don't see a summit meeting of G8 or G9 would tackle these issue that easily, because property breeds more properties, starvation happens every second.
