Would A Babe Like Stiles Have Sex With Macy ??

What if she was really pissed of at her last boyfriend and wanted to get back at him by saying "I screwed a 47 year-old guy"?

I though that it was strange the way the Edmond got exactly what he claimed that he was looking for, and he still had to push further and mess it up. Was he really looking for this cheap sexual thrill, or had his appetite been directed toward something else the whole time? Let's face it, as portrayed he was pretty inept at getting laid, by professionals mind you. I can't buy that unless there was something else going on there.

The Macy character could have had an ongoing relationship with the Stiles character if he had played to his strenghts: his prestigious job and salary. She was shown to be a little unstable and needy. I think the average woman would have run from a man who approached them that way in the restaurant, so she is not portrayed as being typical. Within the world of the movie, he got her to take him home. He was in there.

Kind of a simple way to look at this.

Although I don't think this movie is realistic, A character like who STILES was playing would actually sleep with anyone. Looks, age or whatever has nothing to do with it. Obviously her character was a bit unstable as well, hince her immediate interest in his psuedo-psycho babble and even her intrigue in his lie about murdering someone. Her character is the kind of person that can be manipulated to really do anything. She, like him was living a life she didn't like as well but wasn't willing to admit it to herself. In real life it happens ALL the time in many different circumstances.

Old men who provide the money to make movies, want to see old men getting it on with younger women in the movies.

I don't know, Macy is married to Felicity Huffman, and I would say she's at least as good looking as Stiles, maybe even prettier.

This is the only thing in the movie I just didn't buy...I just didn't buy this seemingly intelligent young woman agreeing to take this total stranger home with her to have sex.
