Fight scene with Seagal just moving slightly.

I saw this on TV the other day, and couldn't believe a fight scene where Seagal appears to standing or walking slowly with his arms not really moving, and there's bad guys throwing themselves on the floor! It looked completely mad. I was amazed when I saw it was meant to be him doing the fighting, and that there was nobody else helping him.

I didn't think the film was all that bad to be honest, but he really does need to move a bit more, doesn't he?
