Movie went the wrong way

Think this film should have been like those where it was imagination. Everyone should have died in that accident, except the main lady and it should have been revealed toward the end that the mutilation of the bodies were actual autopsies. The main character should have been revealed to be in a mental hospital with awful premonitions. When it was said MERCY was closed for 3 yrs , it should have been the truth.
