The end - again (Spoilers)

When did he die? Unless I totally missed it, the three girls were at the perfume counter and Milly says 'It would be very unlikely to have TWO dates die of a heart attack', was that it? Please tell me if there was any more to it than that, otherwise I shall have to watch it again but I cant bring myself to - I have more pressing things to watch, like Classic Buses, Trams and Trolleybuses - 60 minutes of a journey into Britain's public transport past!!!!
Oh, and I agree with the person who commented on Alice's nice nature.

If it's a boy, do you think it will look like Rodney? It doesn't matter as long as it's healthy!
