When Trump claimed, "Honest Abe never lied"... well, he's wrong about that. Lincoln covered up the secret meeting with the Confederates, claiming that it wasn't going to happen -- when, in fact, it was.

Clinton knows her history. Trump doesn't.

This truly evil, despicable woman, a felon who compromised our country's sensitive national security secrets and who belongs in prison, will destroy the country that Lincoln described as "the last best hope of earth."

Real issues? She has the lowest moral character of any candidate for President, except her rapist husband. She preens herself as defender of women when she hired a private detective, Jack Palladino, to intimidate her husband's victims. She is totally incompetent: her policies of not leaving a reserve force in Iraq against military advice created a vacuum that led to the rise of ISIS. She supported the radical Muslim Brotherhood takeover of Egypt until the people rise up and the military overthrew it. She had Qaddafi killed even tho he was the only stabilizing power in Libya, opening it for ISIS.

She will become a dictator and complete the assault on our Constitution advanced by Obama. She hates many Americans and will flood our country with millions of immigrants and refugees, driving down wages of American workers. Americans are being killed by illegal aliens and she doesn't care.

If you don't think her massive felonies matter, you, like she, are a traitor.

Despite this she and Obama maintained their support for the Brotherhood against our longtime military allies and continued an arms embargo, alienating our longtime military allies and putting them in the arms of Moscow, undoing our prevailing Influence established by Kissinger in the 1970s after the Yom Kippur War.

We were no longer concerned about Qaddaffi because he had given up his nuclear weapons research and foresworn any future interest in nuclear weapons, with actions to our satisfaction. He was the only stabilizing force in that chaotic place and a bulwark against ISIS. Now ISIS marauds across the place and yes of thousands of refugees are leaving Libya's shores adding to Europe's refugee crisis, much of which is attributable to the incompetent Obama-Hillary policies.

As to Iraq, yes, she voted for the war based on faulty intelligence and the war was badly mismanaged. Her vote, of course, was based, like everything she does, on political expediency. However, by 2007-08 the situation had been turned around and the country pacified thanks to General Petreus's surge strategy. Clinton denounced this successful strategy and vilely attacked Petreus for the same sordid reasons the Democrat party turned against the war almost
immediately after voting for it: sheer political
expediency. So Hillary was wrong both times because she has zero principles.

There is so much against her. Let me note Benghazi. She ignored repeated requests for enhanced security, leading to the horrific murders of our Ambassador and three others. Then, at the ceremony at Dover Air Force Base when the caskets were brought home, she lied directly to the parents saying a video provoked the attack when we know she had already emailed her daughter and communicated to an Egyptian official our government's belief that it was a terror attack. And she remained silent as the Obama administration perpetrated the video lie for weeks.

Finally, returning to the emails, let us not forget these were tied to her use of her office in connection with her corrupt foundation to add to the stinking riches of her husband, herself and her daughter. The most corrupt arrangement in U.S. history. Of many illegalities, she used her position to arrange the transfer of twenty percent of U.S. Uranium reserves to a Russian company, which also entailed a $500000 Moscow speaking
fee to her husband. More treason.

In the end, all needs to know about this white trash couple is that in leaving the White House in 2001 they took with them china, furniture and more, much of which they were required to return.

I was just about to post this. Her asinine response had me in stitches! Lincoln was likely rolling in his grave too!

This movie was unfathomably boring. It's was boring to the point of being a bad movie. And that's the best thing one can say about it. If it started Alf as Lincoln, it would have been an improvement. I once tracked dog crap into my house across brand new $500 sq/ft pure white carpet and when I realized it, I thought to myself "at least I'm not watching Lincoln". Lincoln said once "if I was two faced do you think I'd wear this one in public?" I think the present day version of that is "if the Lincoln movie was good, do you think I'd be using it to scrape dog crap from my shoes?" There are all these scenes of Lincoln just sitting there pontificating. That's great. I'm sure he's a great thinker and a great president. And freeing the slaves was cool. But seriously. It doesn't make a movie. It's like watching CSPAN. "The committee recognizes the congressman from Timbuktu". "Yessir. I'd like to raise a point if parliamentary procedure...may it be put into the record that I thought Lincoln was a terrible movie?"

As bad movies go, there's The Room, the tape of your birth, the instructional video for how to insert a do-it-yourself catheter, then there's Lincoln.

I remember the childhood thrill of seeing the TV cart in the classroom. I also remember seeing a kid being carried off on a stretcher with his brains hanging out after running into a brick wall at recess. Nowadays, with the remote possibility that the TV could be there to show us Lincoln, I'd strongly consider the brick wall.
