The movie is unwatchable at best, everybody in the audience was disappointed (apart from two people who gave it 5/5)
I also saw it at the Leeds Film Festival on Saturday (but I'm not guilty of giving it 5/5 on the audience response card!). I haven't yet managed to see Pulse or Cure, but I've read the praise that generally seems to be heaped upon them by various people on various websites. So I had very high expectations of Loft. Unfortunately, IICATSII is right. It's virtually unwatchable. I think the only thing keeping the audience going was the fact that it got so bad near the end that it became absolutely hilarious.
shareI saw it at Leeds, too. I suspect at least one of the people who gave it a 5 was among my friends, who like to skew the odds.
