Laurent Kessler *Spoilers*

Again with this character, for all the talk that occurs during the film between the two main characters, we never are given any hints into his psyche, except that he says himself he has some unusual behaviour. Why does he apparently (relatively suddenly) become a serial killer? Not that I wanted Claire to check out, but when Kessler has her, where he wants her, true love for her prevails and he does himself in. It really did seem like a shaggy dog ending. Very anti-climatic!🐭
