it was on TCM in the UK at 0230 this morning!

If you haven't located it yet, The Banker has just been released on a DVD called 'Shooting People Presents - best v best Vol. One'

I just got it today.

It is also on the Heroes & Demons bluray - although the picture quality isn't much better than a DVD:
