Jake the Snake

OMG! Jake's in this movie.

This movie looks terrible though.

So does Jake cry when he snaps the neck of a vampire?

reply

ummm... looks terrible? have you seen it yet? it won the audience award at the 2005 Deep Ellum Film Festival. Possibly not too terrible methinks...

reply

sorry to burst your bubble guy, but I have to agree. this is by far one of the worst movies I have ever had to sit through.

Does anybody have a clue wtf this kid is talking about? Jake isn't in this movie. Check the cast list here and at the films homepage. He isn't even an extra. Know your facts before mouthing off.

reply

Not really. Jake Billingsley from "Survivor: Thailand" is the main "Jake" in the movie. There could have been another "Jake" in the army of zombies I guess. I found out it is finally available for pre-order on Amazon and soon though the official movie web site. Won't come out til July 10 though....

No, tajlund, I was with Jake and Jason down at Beaumont Ranch. We ARE in the website credits: David Glenney, Jason W. Williams, Jacob Newhouse. We went to high school with Josh Fread. He still has my copy of Dog Soldiers! But I have his head!!! ...well a plaster version of his face anyway. I use it for voodoo purposes. If you're reading this, Josh, that prickling sensation is just the beginning...

"I'm sorry, but zombies and vampires don't mix. "

that is the most ignorant statement i have ever heard and obviously comes from some moron that has never read myths and legends or watched too many horror movies.

Terrible movie. I turned it off about half way through. Of course people will say 'if you didn't see the whole thing, how can you say it sucked?' Well, 45 minutes is more than enough to know.

reply

I have to agree with the Snake because he is too right (and also my buddy). We were both zombies in the final scene with the two cops. Hi Jake! Wow what a piece of crap. They must have bribed the audience at the Deep Ellum thing. Or else the competition was far worse--that's hard to want to imagine!
