I don't get it...WORST movie ever?

These days I don't expect much from the low budget horror movie because the majority of what I endure is absolute 'filmed-in-somebodys-backyard' crap.
Sad but true.
I was pleasantly surprised with AFTER SUNDOWN, though, and I can't believe the people who say that this is the worst movie they've ever seen.
Man, how lucky are you?

AFTER SUNDOWN has flaws, true. I can't argue that point. For instance, the ending where everything gets wrapped up nice and neat in a few seconds with an incredibly RAPID sunrise taking out the main vampires...NOT. And what happened to the baby? A lot of noise was made about the baby being an integral part of the whole thing, but it's like they just forgot about all that.

Again, it's not perfect, but I was highly entertained. And sometimes that's all you can ask. Hey, the original EVIL DEAD wasn't without its shortcomings, but it's considered a classic now and Sam Raimi is obviously doing pretty dang well!

I say more power to them and I look forward to Christopher Abrams next effort.
These guys will no doubt go on to better things.
They obviously have a love for the genre and I appreciate that.
