alltime minutes leaders

I added to my list again since the 2005 rumble is over with, but I'm not done with the final list yet, but I have everyone with 30 or more combined minutes so far. Some guys, like Kane and Rikishi, have been in rumbles under different gimmicks (Fake Diesel, Isaac Yankem, The Sultan, etc), but their current gimmick will be listed for their name. Cool list, but you should add to it. Like, number of eliminations, number of Rumbles participated in, etc.

I think people would find it interesting that Chris Benoit is 6th all time after competing in TWO rumbles.

BTW, do you have the top 5 or 10 lengths for individual rumbles?

I know Benoit (2004) and Flair (1992) are 1 and 2, but I'd like to see a longer list.

A single spark can start a spectral fire.

reply

Yeah I will do that, I keep forgetting about it. The eliminations I have up through 1992 so I have a ways to go. In 1994 I think 6 guys or so eliminate Diesel, and 3-4 more eliminate Mabel, so I dunno how to score that, maybe just the guy in front when he goes out....I dunno.

But I will get on that, and I will finish all my reviews for Royal Rumbles 1992-2005 (1988-1991 so far). And I'll try to get all that info you want asap, I don't mind doing it.

And as for individual performances, Bob Backlund held the record in a Royal Rumble at an even 61 minutes from 1993. Benoit beat it (but barely) in 2005 with a 61:21. Flair's is actually a 59:15, but if you count from his buzzer it's just over 60 minutes. But that performance was a new record at the time. Backlund made quick work of it though.

I guess I'll have most everything up here within a few days.

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!!

You can check out all the in-ring times on all the other Royal Rumble boards, I've already done (lengthy) reviews for 1988-1991 already, plus all the guys lasting 10 or more minutes in the rumble matches.

I will continue on the eliminations sometime soon and I'll have them all done before mid-April, how's that? Heh heh.

I do have alot of time. But I work. I have 3 different jobs. I have more money at home now than I have in the bank! And I just got a "new" car, it's 10 years old but good condition yet.

Numbers/mathematics are my specialty, got some kind of award at my high school graduation from some test we had to take.

I should have wrote "spoilers" in the topic, oh well.
