you only have 4 million when you have beaten the game 3 times prior, with a minium of 15,000,000 possible?

Played it for fun a few more times after winning. Should be at over a billion pretty soon. Found an easy way to win the last level (without cheating).

Use the sports car and ride it as a civilian. There's only one officer to identify you, but by then.. you halfway to the cutscene. As its a sports car.... few of the NK forces can hit you until you reach the barrier. From there, you run to the hospital.

Once done, you do the same thing and drive to the helicopter and fly high until you are disguised as NK forces. Simply fly to the fortress and blow the place to smitherines. 100,000,000.00 easy.

Edit: Ive aquired just over 1,000,000,000.00 now. Everything is unlocked and now its just fun stuff. I think I will put it aside for a while.
