Similarites between Monk Malone and Henry Hill from Goodfellas

- Both have Irish fathers, which prevents them from becoming made and keeps them at the lower end of the organization.
- Both have a hot headed, full Italian friend in the organization that they try to calm down at one point or another (the cutscene where Paulie is busting Aldo's balls before being laughed off by Monk is similar to Henry trying to calm down Tommy after Billy Batts makes the shinebox comment).
- The mision you have to do straight after this cutscene is to beat two guys without killing them and then "bury" them. After the shinebox incident Tommy and Jimmy beat Billy Batts unconscious. Henry, Tommy, and Jimmy then go out and bury Batts upstate.
- Both turn on the family, only Henry lives whereas Aldo kills Marty.
- Both Henry and Marty have names where their first and last initials are the same.
