Flirt/ Make a Move

Does anyone know if there is any resulting difference? I've tried both, and both seem result of gaining a little respect.

At least in the Blackhand Edition, if you flirt and make move 25 times each, you'll be able to hire a hooker as your assistant hitman xD Silly, but damn, she is stronger than the Corleone mobsters!
