THTV with a new darker edge

After the 6th and final episode i thought to myself im goin to miss this show.
It may have been a good 3 years since Trigger happy tv left (not mentioning that awful american version) our screens but to the average tv watcher its just more THTV which is old, boring and not in the least bit funny anymore ... how wrong could they be... its completely different, yeh theres still the same kind of music soundtrack.. guys in suits.. guys walking around with oversized items.. and people do try to ignore him.. but all the jokes are fresh and nothing is reused from THTV as he hits the world with new classic characters, lines that will leave you laughing in a way that only dom joly can but this time around seem funnier and does sometimes seem more sinister (town cryer, the goth among others) by annoying or scaring the public more but i dont think dom jolys time is up.. keep em coming id say

Classic charcters....the greek ambassidor, the columbian, the old man, metal joe, the goth and peter the human pnion, lol classic stuff

Though a really simplistic joke, it's great when he sneaks up behind people with the cymbals and then runs away. The first one I saw was the one in the desert which wasn't zoomed in closely at all so I didn't notice the cymbals until just about the end...

The bit with the tourists in the bottom of the Grand Canyon trying to talk him out of a second attempt at jumping the canyon with a cardboard rocket was pretty good too.

I've seen the six regular episodes (thanks to the internet.. I live in the US, where Trigger Happy TV never took off, and we got a neutered version of the show anyway), and will probably end up ordering the DVD for the extra stuff.

I don't like the length of each joke though. Trigger Happy TV was just endless short clips of nonsense, which I sometimes wished were longer, while World Shut Your Mouth is more like short skits almost, with most coming in at 1-2 minutes at least. Some of them seem a lot longer than they should be. Overall though, it's great, and I hope there's more. If there is more hopefully it sees a DVD release or people continue to put it online so I can actually watch it.

Full series THTV DVDs would be nice too...
