G4 still showing it?
I haven't seen it on G4 in a long time. Did they drop it? I Guess they thought they needed more cheaters and star trek.

shareIt runs on G4 Sunday-Friday and sometimes on Saturday with like 4-6 episodes in a row.
I have really started to enjoy this show and I really hope G4 keeps it. I read online that in the UK there are actually other Brainiac shows (Brainiac: History Abuse, and etc), it'd be awesome to see those on G4 as well.
I also read though that there have been accusations that some of the experiments are fake. One I would wonder about would be the Brown Noise. On MythBusters they claimed it wouldn't work but on Brainiac they claimed it did. They actually played the sound on the episode and I for one did not poo but then again for all I know it could not work on tv's or it could have not been loud enough. I for one find Brainiac much more entertaining than MythBusters.
History Abuse is okay, but doesn't quite have the same appeal as BSA so you're probably not really missing much by not getting it. If there's any other Brainiac shows they should get then it should be Test Tube Baby, which is basically like SA, but live (well repeats if G4 show it) and are presented by Dom Wood. They might have problems showing TTB though.
Do G4 cut the contact bits out? If so then they might have problems trying to get rid of some of the contact details which scroll along the bottom.
As for Brainiac Vs Mythbusters. I'd say brainiac is more entertainment than science and educational, whereas Mythbusters is more science and educational. My opinion though.
