THE USER RATING IS WRONG

My name is Lidia from Spain and I just saw Dead Line in Japan and aI believe is a good film.

I have a question for the IMDB people: Interference (Dead Line) is a film that has 99 % of very good commentaries. Votes: 72.5 % of users who voted 10 and 4,6 % voted 1, in other words, 95 users voted 10 and only 6 voted 1. How it can be that it has a 3.4 user rating?
