My new and improved list....
LEAST FAVORITE
Four Swords Adventures
-You can only carry 1 item at a time (no inventory screen). If you wanted a new item, you have to exchange your old 1 for a new 1 at an Item Podium.
-Can't explore the entire over world, you can only explore level-by-level.
Phantom Hourglass + Spirit Tracks (TIE)
-The DS Zelda games were a living hell compared to the others.
-Having to control Link with a Stylus instead of either an Analog Stick or D Pad with action buttons (like the A, B, Y, X, L or R buttons found on most traditional Nintendo D Pads) really sucked.
-The Phantom infested hub dungeons really annoyed me.
-Had to actually travel the over worlds on a vehicle.
-The Evil trains pissed me off.
-Playing the musical instruments (by actually having to blow into the mic) was a pain in the ass.
-Linebeck, Linebeck III, Alfonzo and Byrne are cool characters.
The Wind Waker
-The only thing that bugged me about this game was the whole travel by boat thing (I personally prefer on land and on either foot or horseback myself).
-Loved exploring old Hyrule, staring at the statue of Hero of Time (Ocarina of Time) Link as well as the stained-glass images of Raaru, Saria, Darunia, Princess Ruto, Impa and Nabooru in Hyrule Castle.
The Minish Cap
-Ezlo and Vaati were cool.
-Liked the music tracks to the dungeons (minus the Fortress of Winds).
The Adventure of Link
-Probably 1 of the hardest Zelda games in history.
-The side-scrolling made this game feel somewhat more like a Mario game.
-Loved fighting Shadow Link at the end.
Zelda 1
-The game that started it all.
-Thought some dungeons were fairly easy.
Oracle of Ages + Oracle of Seasons (TIE)
-Loved the storyline for both games.
-Seasons (for the most part) had better dungeon and even some regional music tracks than those found only in Ages.
-Hated the Goron Dance in Ages but enjoyed the Subrosian Dance in Seasons.
-The Subrosians are better than the Tokay. Better region and home music tracks.
-A lot of the dungeons and boss battles in Seasons made me think of Zelda 1.
-I enjoy fighting General Onox at the end of Seasons and Veran at the end of Seasons.
-Enjoyed the Password (or linked as I like to call it) freatures including the final battles with Twinrova and Ganon.
Majora's Mask
-The 72 hour thing was somewhat annoying, especially because I always had to travel back in time 3 days and most often redo things that were a pain in the ass.
-Hated the Goron Mini Dungeon found in the Moon because 9 out of 10, I would either roll off the side or hit a snag and have to start over again.
-My favorite mask would have to be the Fierce Deity Mask.
-Liked the Pirate Hideout music better than the Gerudo Valley music of Ocarina of Time.
-1 of my favorite things to do in this game is while wearing the Stone Mask, I run around the Pirate Fortress and I attack every single guard and just knock them out. I actually had to say to my cousin once, "They're not dead, they're just knocked out."
-Every so often, I crack the joke where Link goes up to a character who also appeared in Ocarina of Time (such as Romani, Kremia, Sakon, the Marine Biologist, the guy at the Observatory or even the 3 Gorman Bros) and asks them "Do you have any relatives in Hyrule?"
A Link to the Past + Link's Awakening (TIE)
-The storylines in both games kick ass.
-Both quests are fun to play through.
-The only thing I didn't like about Super Nintendo's A Link to the Past was how every time you saved, it took you back to the main title screen.
-Loved the ending to A Link to the Past where Link get's the Triforce.
-A lot of Super Mario references in Link's Awakening (the Yoshi Doll, the Goombas, Mamu who looks like Wart from Super Mario Bros 2, the picture of Princess Peach and the Thwomps).
-Not to brag, but I can play through both of these games and not die once (it's good because then I can see the secret after the credits in Link's Awakening).
Ocarina of Time + Twilight Princess (TIE)
-Loved the storylines and in-game features found in both games.
-Playing both the Gamecube and Wii versions of Twilight Princess was kind of confusing (due to the whole mirrored thing) but overall fun.
-Navi was kind of annoying in Ocarina of Time, but Midna was awesome in Twilight Princess. When it comes to any "assistant" Link had in various Zelda games, I label Midna as my favorite.
-It's fun to ride Epona all across Hyrule Field.
-The water and ice dungeons are a pain in the ass in both games, but the Lakebed Temple and Snowpeak Ruins in Twilight Princess are more of a pain in the ass than the Ice Cavern and Water Temple in Ocarina of Time.
-Most of the dungeons as well as the boss battles are fun in both games.
-Not to brag, but I can make it through the Thieves Hideout in Ocarina of Time and not get captured once.
-Fighting King Bulblin is fun.
-Some of the cut-scenes are kick ass.
-The Horseback battles in Twilight Princess are a lot of fun and get me excited every time (at least the 1 where you have to rescue Colin and the 1 where you're against Ganondorf).
-The final battles against Ganondorf are really fun and epic in both games.
-Again, not to brag, but like A Link to the Past and Link's Awakening, I can play through both of these games and not die once.

Still never played Four Swords so I still can't judge it.
