Why is Linsey Dawn McKenzie thanked in the end credits?

Linsey appeared in an outdoor sequence which was cut from the film. If you look in the booklet that the DVD comes with, you can see her in makeup and prosthetics (of course, the tits are real ehehe)...
I think I read somewhere that she played the female Rubber Johnny and they races their wheelchairs outside.
Shame it was cut, that would have been great to see.
Ahhh.. I see.. I was wondering why she was credited.. I thought it was because she lent her genitals for the photos in the book.
