What Is on the book?

Can anyone tell me what is in the book featured on the DVD of "Rubber Johnny"?
It seems to be a "22 page book", But I won't pay $20.00 dollars for a 6 minute shot-film. So I was just wondering.

The book is pretty much just different images of morphed body parts, illustrations, and Polaroids from the film. It's pretty cool.

I found the book to be much more interesting than the film itself.
