I just wish there was a way to get it on vhs or dvd. Can anyone help me out with a place to find it? Thanx in advance.

I, too, loved this show way back when I first saw it on HBO. I know that HBO has a tendency to replay shows over and over and over and...anyway you get the point. What I am wondering is has it been shown again recently. I haven't had HBO in quite a while.

LOL, I have the same question! I remember watching "Ricky Jay and His 52 Assistants" on HBO years ago and I've wanted to buy it ever since. If it's not available for sale on DVD or VHS, hopefully someone out there recorded it when it was broadcast and can help us out. It's one of the most fascinating shows I have ever seen.

I've never seen it, but it sounds really good. I looked at a couple of places to see if I could find a DVD, and found nothing. So, I did what little I knew to do, which was to go to Turner Classic Movies' website and vote for it to be released on DVD.

Looks as if mine was the first vote. Don't know if it does much good, but maybe it will let HBO know that there are some people out here who are interested in buying this.

I have a very excellent copy of this awesome show that I recently transferred to DVD. I also have Ricky on the Tomorrow Show with Tom Snyder circa 1978 doing card throwing and a very cheezy magic trick where you slice a banana while it's still inside the peel. Great card magician.

I also started looking for a copy of this a few years back and sent HBO emails to see if I could get a copy, but no response.
