Hey, does anyone know where this movie is being filmed? Has any of it been filmed in NYC? Or will any of it be filmed in the city? Anyone seen any of the filming going on? Anyone seen John Travolta? I'd love to see him. ;-)

TO MY KNOWLEDGE ALL OF THE FILMING HASA BEEN COMPLETED FOR THIS MOVIE. IT WAS DONE IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA FOR THE MOST PART. THERE HAVE BEEN RUMORS IT WILL BE RETURNING HERE BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR FOR A SHORT FILMING. KEEP EYES OUT FOR THE DETAILS. AND YES I MET JOHN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. I FOLLOWED THE MOVIE FOR THE 6 WEEKS THEY WERE HERE AND WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO FILM WITH THEM ON THE LAST DAY IN ELKIN FLA. HOPE YOU WILL GET THE OPPORTUNITY ON FUTURE FILMS. RUMOR HAS IT HE MAY BE TAKING PART IM HAIRSPRAY AS EDNA AND ALSO DALLAS AS JR. SO KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY WITH ONE OF THOSE. GOOD LUCK!

I was leaving Philips Arena in downtown Atlanta on the night of Oct. 14 and saw a movie being filmed. I also heard Travolta was in town, so I'm guessing this is the movie I saw in production.

Actually, the primary filming in Florida is finished but scenes are continued to be filmed in Los Angeles (soundstage} for dance scenes involving Hayek and Leto. There also is an exterior sequence of scenes to be shot in Sing Sing prison, the dates of shooting the scenes have not been released.

They did some of the shooting for the prison scenes here in jacksonville also.

In an interview Jared Leto said he was going to NYC to do some filming on a movie at the end of the year and that it was very controversial and he wasn't supposed to talk about it, would Lonely Hearts be that film?

It's over a year later...but that was Chapter 27 that was filmed in NY. I worked near one of the filming locations for a bit.

I believe that some of the second unit production team will be shooting in Spokane,WA in November.

A frind of mine worked in this movie and he was in Florida for months back in the late winter.

Salma Hayek and Jared Leto were seen in Spokane, WA this week...assumingly filming for this movie.

They are in Spokane this week. My parents were at the location on Tues. night.

who all is filming there is John there or just salma and jerod?

The only person they recognized was Salma. Leto was probably there, though they're not up on the who's who. They wouldn't have known him if they did see him. I think it's likely he was, though. They told me she was sitting on a couch talking to some guy. I'll assume it was Leto.

There were rumors that Travolta was in town, but nobody I know saw him.

They were in Spokane fliming a bunch of Salsa dancing scenes. They recruited a bunch of Spokanites as extras too. It all took place in a ballroom in an old hotel. I believe it was supposed to be an old-fashioned dancing joint. There was lots of cigarette smoking. That was the last stuff they did on the film shooting-wise.

Travolat's sisten, Ellen, lives in Coeur d'Alene and is big in the theater scene there. The salsa dancing would have been in the old speakeasy at the Davenport. I wouldnt doubt it that John was up, I believe he usually flies in on private jet into Felts Field or into Coeur d'Alene somewhere.

cool davenport, i been there. Is that the only scene for the movie they shot there?
