it has been described that the car in this movie is "the queerist car around". i have not seen this movie, i really-really-really want to (i live in iowa, thus have very limited access to the greatness that is margaret cho). i saw a photo from the movie on a website, but it was a picture of bruce and margaret through the window. from the arc and windsheild of the car it looks like a purple cavalier/sunfire. but what is it?
any help would truly rock, thanks.

I saw the movie last night (at the Castro Theater in San Francisco - Frameline Film Festival).
The car was painted hot pink and looked like a Honda CRX from the late 80's. Maybe a 1988, '89 or '90 model. There were pink and purple mini pom-poms covering all the upholstery and although it wasn't shown in the scene, Bruce Daniels (Bam Bam) said the parking brake was a dildo. Ha!
