How do you unlock Jinpachi?

How do you unlock Jinpachi?I don't own any cheat devices,so I need to find another way.Someone online said that you need to buy Heihachi's alternate costume,but he doesn't seem to have one!!!

Is there another way to unlock him?And is there a way to unlock him in Tekken 6?

I should have known those alien maggots booby trapped this sub.

Jinpachi is unplayable in both Tekken 5 & 6 (but will be in the upcoming Tekken Tag Tournament 2)
