Since it has only been released in the UK so far, I had to buy it as an import. Go to www.derailroaded.com and click on "Buy the DVD" and you'll be redirected to the distributor site. I just got mine yesterday and trust me, it's worth the extra money. The deleted scenes are awesome, especially the Rudy Ray Moore interview.
