How did this not WIN a best animated short oscar????

Screw just a nomination, this should've straight-up WON the Best Animated Short oscar in '05/'06 or whatver. I don't even care what the competition was. Never has a short film said so much and given me such a profound feeling with such a short amount of time to work with. GAH. Screw the oscars.
