anyone notice two people on his back?

At the end, it looked like there was two people on his back. I paused on all swings of the door (on the reflection) and see Natre on his shoulders and someone wearing black, looks like a man, on his back. I was wondering if anyone else noticed that and if so, who the other person was. I was thinking maybe his friend who killed himself, but if so, wouldn't it be all 3 of the friends? Or maybe it was something that they forgot to edit out, like a props person holding up the doll on his shoulders or something.
