I just recently saw the dvd and even though I had never even heard of the movie I decided to buy it because it looked interesting and the price was so low it was practically free of charge to carry come.

In my opinion the film turned out to be surprisingly good and above all very visual and I was wondering was it released straight to dvd everywhere? It would have worked beautifully in the movie theater.

Yes this movie was in cinemas in Austria and Switzerland. Didn't made it to Germany. I like it especially the music - very underrated.

I gave this 8 out of 10. In Canada, it was presented at the Montreal World Film Festival but never released in regular schedules. Too bad...
