Extra Music not on the Symphonic Suite

As some of you may know, DQVIII contains the orchestral arrangements of Koichi Sugiyama's music that were not on the Japanese version. These tracks came from the "Dragon Quest VIII Symphonic Suite Album" performed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. However, there are a few orchestral pieces that are used in the game but are not on the Symphonic Suite CD such as the Casino, the Dark Ruins, and even the load screen music. Does anyone have a rip of these tracks?

The Casino music seems to be taken from the DQIV Symphonic album, if that helps.

Most of the music on the European version are symphonic versions of familiar themes from all the first 7 games in the series. I once read there was a boxed set that came with the original japanese soundtrack of the game that had these symphonic "remixes" some of which became part of the final soundtrack of the Euro version.

Try looking for these pieces, performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, do note that these songs are longer symphonic pieces and that the songs you requested are only small parts of them...

Casino theme: part of "In a Town" originally from DQ IV
Loading screen music: part of "Comrades" an over 10 minute epic from DQ IV
Dark Ruins: not sure on this one, "Dungeons" from DQ I is just the normal dungeon theme...
