Any idea of how to see this? And while I'm at it, are there any bootlegs of their world tours?

No idea about this one but I recommend this if you havent seen it.

I found a copy of this online. It's pretty good, but it's just like an early version. They basically do the same scenes , a lot of the jokes and dialogue are quite similar if not entirely identical.
