I have only seen part 4 and 5 at this point so I have to ask. If the book is sooo important why do they have it floating over the city for anyone to see and find. She will never be able to find all the pages so the book is pretty pointless really. Anyone have any ideas?

It's because the kid who picks up the page is the anti-christ (he has the marks mentioned in the book on his cheek)
