What A Con

This film was a big con. They sold the naming rights to a Taiwan/HK film maker
which we all know make totally cheap films.

The original korean crew of the first 2 films know how to make good suspenseful films. They know how to pick actors and thier art is 1st class.

Taiwan/HK film makers on the other hand only know how to hire big names of who are worst than 2nd rate actors. The story is stale, filming is un-inspiring and direction is appalling. It is a real shame to the other 2 films that bear the same name be tainted by this shabby waste.

Are you really suggesting they simply don't make good films in Taiwan or HK? I find this baffling. Certainly, this is an obvious name cash-in, which HK and Taiwan are rife with, but to suggest the entire industry there is bad is going too far.

It looked like a korean film to me. The director is korean (same director as first film), the crew is korean, the production company is korean (same company as first film).

Only the main female lead is chinese and a few other actors. Most of the scenes are in Korea too.

The credits are in korean, the chinese dialog is subtitled in korean. The theme song is in korean. WTF else do you want???

I only watched the 1st one and this one. I thought without the korean actress it would suck, but it is not bad, and I hate Shu Qi.

They just couldn't continue with the first actress anymore. Ran out of new story ideas that could continue with her.

You are really an embarrassment man. Selling the naming rights... right....

I was given this DVD , and have finally got around to watching. Was pleasantly surprised that it was really quite funny. I had expected it to be one of those blood and guts Korean gangster movies , but this has a lot to offer.

Good cast , clever humorous dialogue throughout. The Korean / Chinese interpreter was very cleverly played.

Well I thought this movie was pretty entertaining
