Interesting...

It struck me as rather telling, that when the investigators are brought in, they supposedly bring "sensitive equipment" to "record the events" but the programme never once shows any of those recordings.

Sorry people, this is excellent entertainment - but not even remotely a documentary.
The money spent here should have gone towards a horror movie, not something shown on Discovery.

It took place I lived in the area and read all the newspaper articles as it was happening.

I've got a job, a secretary, a mother, two ex-wives and several bartenders that depend upon me

Excellent point. All this amazing stuff was supposed to happen (ghosts, noises, etc) and yet we never see ANY proof of it? No videos? No tape recordings? Nothing other than the testimony of a few family members (who, let's remember, sold the book and movie rights....hmmmm.)

reply

Exactly! I made the same point in my own post. If all this crazy stuff was happening, why didn't anyone else see it? Why aren't there any videos? Why isn't there a single shred of proof other than the "testimony" of the people who lived there (Who, I should add, have made a profit off selling their story to the media.) Truth? If they had any proof, we'd see it. This thing is a hoax.

The Warrens have been asked in the past to show their recorded works of the house, but while they promised many times to show it, they have never revealed it.
