Carmen Reed Q+A
If these events are true, this sure is an awful lot of bad luck for one family to suddenly endure. If it were a demonic entity terrorizing the home and family, moving probably would not have helped all too much. She readily admits that the story was embellished beyond her control. Also, she notes other odd incidents that occurred to others involving the home and story. I think something did happen there...she said that there was quiet a bit of evidence that necrophilia was part of the problem, and I can't help but agree with her. No good energy could come from such actions, that much I can believe.

"Does the current owner of the house have any supernatural phenomena occurring today?
The current owner has owned the property since Mr. Hallahan sold it. The owner wanted to use the property as an office building for the hospital, however, he could not get the zoning changed. He was forced to rent it as a two family house or duplex. When I went to rent from this gentleman, he was very kind and did what he could to accomodate us. He still owns the property today. Although I haven't had contact with him since I moved, I have heard there have been no further supernatural occurances.
Prior to the story breaking he did tell me of a couple of things that workers and others had told him. One story involded a worker that had taken tools and a ladder off his truck, he couldn't find something and went back to the truck upon returning to the foyer his ladder was gone along with his tools. they were back on the truck.
There were a few more stories. One worker broke his leg coming down the stairs and another had a stroke and later died. Are these things connected to the house? I cant answer that for sure, but I can add my father was murdered within months of me moving in. He was very concerned about his oldest grandson, but I lost touch with him the month I moved in. I could not reach him by phone and no one saw him. I filed a missing person report in July they found my father beaten to death in his home on December 8, 1987. My sister contracted AIDS that year and my brother was run over by a van and killed. I had a car accident and lost 4 more family members over the next years. I injured my spine in 1998 and it took 6 years for me to recover and return to work"
