DCEU fanboys really need to MOVE ON.

Let's face it: the DCEU film series was a flop. Off to a bad start with Man of Steel, which was a poorly written film that caused division among the fanbase. Mixed responses caused the film to underperform, which caused the studios to reconsider plans moving forward with BvS and JL. Zack Snyder needs to shoulder all the blame, not the studios for making such a bad product in the first place. Nobody was pointing fingers at the studios for how Batman & Robin turned out and Joel Schumacher shouldered all the blame despite having very little creative control for how that film turned out. Snyder had total creative freedom for the first 2 films he made, so why does he get a free pass here? Now we are left with a direction-less film series that doesn't know what it wants to be.

Let's all hope this year's film, "The Flash" flops at the box office and this entire DCEU film series goes out on a wimper. Hopefully starting with Matt Reeve's The Batman that we can now start getting GOOD DC films that actually respect the source material. Let Cavil, Affleck, and all the DCEU actors move on to bigger and better things, while the new rebooted slate of DC films prosper. Thus with a clean slate, we can all forget about the Snyderverse once and for all.
