will The Flash be recast in light of Millers bizarreness?

he better have a good explanation for this otherwise he could be out esp in this relatively new climate of cancel culture

That looks like playing. I would wait for a whole film or explanation to judge more than that.

reply

Nah, looks like the guy can't handle his beer. There's play fighting and then there's throat slamming someone to the floor.

reply

It was outside. Iceland doesn't have a lockdown but I think the people in the movie stayed at the hotel as why he is by himself. He having a bad day or really isn't a friendly guy in real life.

reply

Yeah, outside a bar...

reply

He didn't let go of her as to control her fall looking if mad and just threw her to the ground. Still he from the looks wasn't doing it for fun. Just overreacting to fans getting to close.

reply

I'm not saying it was playing around, but it sure as hell wasn't a slam. The way he put her on the ground was actually really gentle.

reply

True, it was pretty much a wrestling move but still, it was very peculiar.

reply

WBros probably wouldn't mind replacing him now as he's not exactly a huge name (and has always been abit weird) and they want to get away from the Synderverse/DCU when they can. plus its not like he's been firmly established as the flash yet as he's just done the JL movie (unlike the way Gadot/Momoa are established despite the JL fiasco) in fact the TV Flash is more prominent as The Flash. and the Snyder Batfleck is done (maybe Cavill as Superman too) so maybe WB have similar plans for the big screen Flash..(after this incident anyway)

reply

Nobody really cares if he's replaced, as you said he's not a big name and he's not like a dashing leading man. The Flash movie has been in development hell too long I think people would have lost some patience by now.

reply

agreed, WBros may have been thinking about rebooting The Flash anyway like The Batman. regarding the other JL member - Momoa is fortunate James Wan wanted to do Aquaman otherwise hed have been probably looking at being recast/rebooted. Gadot was well received in BvS and of course went stratospheric with the WW movie. and I guess Cavill must be now feeling much like Routh did back in 2009/10

reply

Cavill will probably feel betrayed and cheated over recasting Superman. Movies like these can't be made around an actor which can lead to massive issues like development hell or holding up young up and coming actors and actresses.

reply

Imagine him doing a Kevin Spacey or Mel Gibson type excuse "I was affected by drink"

reply

60% chance. WB will probably just as likely cancel it.

reply

He's a tranny. They can't do anything wrong in the woke media.

reply

1. This movie had a slim chance of being made anyway.
2. Miller isn't a star, he's barely known. If he was recast, most people wouldn't know or care.
3. The man running for president for the Democrats is accused of rape, but this virus has overshadowed it to the point of obscurity. This will get blown over quickly.
4. The cancel culture is primarily a liberal phenomenon. Miller is a tranny, and much like ignoring Biden and his rape, the left will not make a big deal out of this for long.
