Nooooooooo.

I'm an American (sorry), and I know I can't watch this DVD on my player. Is there any way you technical wizards out there can help me? Is there a special converter I can use? Should I scope eBay for UK DVD players? Should I just give up and die?

Hello, I will be Wonderwoman for today shall I?
Here are some suggestions on what you should do:

1) Computers can be switched from any region so any kind of dvds can be played on them.

2) You could go onto to an English site an order a cheap british DVD player or Ebay.

3) You could buy a multi-region DVD player that plays all kinds of DVDs.

If this helps you, good.
If it doesn't, bad.

Southern Illinois isn't that bad, I've been told it's wonderful!
(Don't freak out, you told me on the Dylan Moran message board 'CLICK ME!!!!!')

Tonight, apropriately on March 17, 2005, BBCAmerica will have Dylan Moran's Monster. It'll air after Black Books. Check your local times on either DishNetwork, DirectTV, or your cable channels.

I know it's a bit late but for the benefit of anyone else in the same situation, you can search for DVD transcoder software (some free, some not free) which will copy the DVD to your PC (and remove any copyright info), then you can burn the DVD back to an NSTC DVD which you can play in your DVD Player connected to your TV.

Search for the following and read up on them:

DVDDecrypter
DVD Fab
ImgBurn
DVDShrink
