I saw the movie recently

I have to say that I was truely bummed at the ending of the movie in that it was shocking and moving and sad. The hopelessness of those in those comunities is remarkable. That which we don't see does not effect us, this movie will open your eyes . The director has a very good sense of what life is like out in the streets and what the lapd is like. good for him
