Perhaps I missed something --- The blue duffel bag? SPOILERS!!!

If the kid hid the blue duffel bag full of drugs under the walk, and the other kids found it, used the drugs, and died from the rat poison it was cut with, how did Salim have the bag full of drugs to turn back in? Did I miss the part where he got it back from the kids who took it from under the walk?
