The whole style of this film suggests it's based on a comic book or graphic novel; can anyone confirm this. And would it be available in english?

Nah, it was a cartoon tailor made for Rave Clubs, but it completely overshadows its original purpose....

i accually went to G-RaVe, and there was a cgi pole dancer on one of the cage-screens. i did a double take and OMG ITS PANDY

With words bubbles popping out when characters get killed or hurt it would seriously surprize me to find this was not based on a comic.
