Lies!!!

I live in Boynton, and I can tell you all that most of this movie was not filmed in Boynton. I can assure you that boynton beach does not look as good as they made it look in the movie.

What? I just visited Boynton Beach this past May, and it most definitely looks like the film. The gated community was gorgeous: 3 Olympic size swimming pools, poolside cafe, billiards room, fitness room, card room, live entertainment by major stars, and gorgeous million dollar + homes. The only downside to Boynton: its horrible sounding name! LOL! Who names a Floridian town Boynton?eh Especially when you have such pleasant sounding names as Key Largo, Boca Raton, Palm Springs, South Beach, etc. The film was enjoyable and fast-paced. It was also nice to see legendary Borscht Belt comedian, Mal Z. Lawrence, in a rare onscreen appearance. -D, NYC "We held a concert out in Brooklyn..To watch the Island bridges blow..You know those lights were bright on Broadway..But that was so many years ago...Before we all lived here in Florida...Before the Mafia took over Mexico..They sent a carrier out from Norfolk..And picked the Yankees up for free..They said that Queens could stay...They blew the Bronx away...And sank Manhattan out to sea" - BILLY JOEL (Miami 2017: Seen The Lights Go Out On Broadway, umpteenth sweet, Jewish NYer, Top 100 selling artist of all-time)

Sorry, freaky, but it was filmed in Boynton and the surrounding areas. I'm a Boca actor, and most of my older peeps were in the film.

The Boynton Beach Club is a bereavement club in Boynton Beach, but that doesn't mean some of the characters don't live in Boca Raton or even Lake Worth or Delray. I grew up in that area and I thought they did a pretty good job of making of me homesick with the scenery.
