WHERE ARE THEY TODAY??

This is a "where are you today post" as I am just curious ,(as I am sure others who worked on this project are)to see where my friends and acquaintances who worked on the project are these days.
I have gotten some emails from a few of this cast who`s careers are doing very well and some who have taken work in other professions.
ALL THAT I NEED , for me ,was a great time and a fabulous opportunity to work on a very unique project with some very talented and fun people. Being in a film that had "Theatrical Release" was also very special.
Today I am living in Toronto and recently was seen on CBC`s "The Hour" with George Stroumboulopoulis doing my Sean Connery impersonation. I have also just completed a lead roll in a film call "The Leaf" where I play an old broken down drunken artist that never quite made it and lives in the furnace room.
The roll was a cakewalk for me cause i just had to be myself as I "AM" an old broken down drunken artist that never quite made it .(yet anyway)
When I am not working at film I earn a living as a Construction Safety Officer. It pays the bills. One thing I learnt when looking for a construction job is "don't tell anyone that you are an actor as well , cause they don't want to hire actors cause they are afraid that if you hit a "big one" you will leave them flat. And of course we all know that is true too.LOL
I have recently acquired credits making me eligible to join actra and I hope to be a new member in 08. I want to become an ACTRA member to work in film of course but also to become active in the UNION as well. I have 35 years as a union supported and hope to be very active in ACTRA CANADA.Wish me luck.
I am also beginning some courses in the new year in script writing. I have a creative side and want to share some of me life`s experiences. I have recently completed my autobiography which has some interesting stories that I want to extract and put into a script as well.
I am still working with Mya who i met on set a year and a half ago. She is a dancer and has appeared in many music videos.We plan to work together on writing scripts. We also know that scripts are in big demand in the movie industry.
