He's Mr. Sheffield, the commitment-phobic Broadway producer from the Nanny.

I'm wondering the same thing actually---does anyone know if there IS, or will be, a DVD?? I've never seen it myself, but, oddly, my mom (at 75!) is a big fan, & is really bummed that the series seems to have ended. A DVD would make her real happy....... :)

You can order the full season from Insight Film studio directly. There is no dvd box but they will make them for you. I know, I got my discs yesterday and so far I have watched three episodes.

My computer freezes up with that link... is there another way to order the episodes?

reply

how did you get a hold of them email?? and who did you write??

reply

I emailed [email protected] and asked how much a full season set of young blades and shipping to Sweden would cost. In reply I got an invoice and the information of how to pay. So I payed and soon after the dvd´s showed up in my mailbox. But beware, the dvds are kinda expensive but thats only because they arent really released on dvd, they make them on demand. (Wich is really nice in my opinion, its more than most do.)

reply

How much did you have to pay? Did they tell you what the separate shipping cost and actual dvd cost were?

reply

This guy sells the series also - recorded off PAX tv - not a bad viewing. Also, the DVDs came in a "0" region format.

Sweet, thanks. They started airing the show in Canada on Thursday nights at 9, which is a prime spot, which doesn't really make sense for a cancelled show, but it got me hooked. And I missed the first half of the season, so I'm desperate. :)

reply

Yes the shipping and dvd cost were separated. I got the season on 13 discs = a disc an episode. I payed like 96 dollars incl shipping to Sweden. It's alot of money, but I thought it was worth it. Im a series on dvd junkie.

But I guess the dvd's were region 1, weren't they? I also live in Europe, so I won't be able to play them on my dvd player then..

I tried going there, but couldn't find any place to order from. I have a few little friends (not to mention myself) who would LOVE to have a copy. I promised one of my daycare kids, a year ago, that if I ever found it, I'd get him one for his birthday. I turned my daycare all on to the show. They were running around playing Jacques and D'Artagnan for weeks. It was SO CUTE!

Help if you can...Sue [email protected]
