The fight with Andie. That was the first time in which a woman beating up a man on screen looked realistic.

The scene with Robert Loggia at the end of episode 5. It was awesome.

Unquestionably for me it was the scene in the 2nd half of the 1st episode where Kojak talked the killer with the gun to the woman's head into lowering his weapon by explaining that she wasn't going to die, and the only reason he was bothering to speak with the killer was to see if he was going to walk out of there or not.
